I am an experienced professional with a background in product implementation coordination and quality assurance analysis. I have a strong track record of successfully coordinating the implementation of commercial initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of technical changes. In my current role at Tigo Guatemala, I am responsible for coordinating all technical areas related to business as usual initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and thorough testing of configurations.
Prior to my current role, I served as the QA lead analyst at Tigo Guatemala, where I played a key role in the migration of legacy systems to a CRM system. I coordinated the testing process and ensured that the project met the client's requirements. Before that, I worked as a QA analyst at Xerox, where I was responsible for checking the compliance of projects with client requirements.
In addition to my professional experience, I have a strong educational background. I hold a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, as well as a diploma in Project Management and BPM from the Colegio de Ingenieros de Guatemala. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Universidad Rafael Landivar, where I graduated cum laude. I am fluent in Spanish and have a good command of English.
