What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote support role where I can help users, manage administrative workflows, use Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, and continue developing my technical support and automation skills.

I supported users and teams at Transform Africa Limited through account setup, access management, and technical troubleshooting.

I responded to user inquiries, supported onboarding, and maintained accurate documentation, reports, and records.

I also assisted with Microsoft 365 administration, data entry, file management, and remote communication using digital collaboration tools.

I'm building on my Computer Science studies in Networking and Cloud Computing while focusing on efficient, accurate virtual assistance and customer support.
