I’m a motivated Virtual Assistant with hands-on training in customer support, data management, and administrative assistance. I use Google Workspace to organize information, manage digital tasks, and support business operations remotely.

I bring strong communication and attention to detail, and I’m proactive about helping businesses stay organized and responsive. In customer support simulations, I practiced resolving inquiries and complaints while building clear, friendly responses that improve customer satisfaction.

I also support data-driven work: I designed surveys using Google Forms, segmented responses from students, civil servants, business owners, and job seekers, and analyzed results to identify trends. For data management, I organized datasets in Google Sheets, merged and formatted fields for clarity, and maintained accurate records for easy access and reporting.

Before shifting fully into virtual assistance, I served as a Customer Experience Officer at GIGM.COM (Feb. 2013–Jun. 2020), strengthening my ability to handle customer needs professionally and consistently. I’m continuing to grow through Virtual Assistant Training (Remote Trybe—2026) while applying what I’ve learned to real business support.
