I've managed retail teams and customer experiences at Lancel Paris, progressing from Assistant Manager to Store Manager between 2020 and 2023.
As Store Manager, I kept marketing, stock, and staff on point while motivating branch employees to serve customers as well as possible. Earlier, I trained new staff and supported the Store Manager at a Hugo Boss pop-up store after working in the suits department.
I've also managed three editions of Sneakerness, one of Germany's biggest sneaker events, across three locations. I coordinated key event elements including media, VIP rooms, models, and entrance operations.
Today, I work in interior design styling and sales at Arowonen Designinterior. I bring a cheerful, ambitious, resilient approach and enjoy achieving milestones with a team.
