What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can own BRD/BRS, run impact & gap analysis, collaborate with QA and dev in Agile teams, and turn stakeholder needs into reliable, measurable releases.

I’m a results-driven Business Analyst with over 3 years and 4 months of experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes. I bridge business needs and technology solutions by turning technical and functional requirements into actionable delivery plans.

In my roles, I prepared BRD, BRS, FRDs, FTRs, release notes, and RCA reports, and I led requirement gathering through stakeholder meetings. I’m skilled in impact analysis, gap analysis, and change-request documentation, including mapping sheets based on integration documents.

I regularly collaborate with development and QA teams across DEV, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments. I support Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives), manage regression testing checklists, and prepare release documentation after each development cycle.

I’ve also worked on payment modules—UPI, eNACH, and SI on cards—supporting product launch initiatives through business requirement analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
