I’m an ex-founder turned operator with 19 years of experience as a P&L leader and Business Head, building and scaling D2C and B2B brands across India, Middle East, and the USA. I bring “zero to one” and scale-up execution through D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce, and Amazon Global Selling.
As Vice President, Chief Executive Officer - Wellness Business at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, I led the strategic transformation of Dr Vaidya’s, modernizing a heritage Ayurvedic wellness brand for contemporary consumers. In 3 months, I was promoted from Business Head to CEO after stabilizing operations and delivering growth—reversing a declining trajectory to achieve 100% revenue growth in 10 months.
I’ve also driven measurable efficiency: enhanced Gross Margins by 200 bps and reduced Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by 50%. I rebuilt the core leadership team, improved employer branding, and led board-level and stakeholder management with monthly business reviews and quarterly RPSG Board presentations.
Earlier, as Vice President- New Business Development at Think9, I led multi-brand growth across nutraceuticals, apparel, and beauty using marketplace strategy across Amazon USA/India, Myntra, Nykaa, and Flipkart. Before that, at Mensa Brand Technologies, I owned P&L for home décor and luggage brands across US, Canada, and India, stabilizing and turning around EBITDA. I started Dreams International—founding and scaling bootstrapped D2C and B2B businesses, including MBOSS and a corporate gifting vertical—building GMV of 30 Cr+ while setting up teams and systems for smooth operations.
