What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can lead regional people operations, talent strategy, compliance, and employee engagement while partnering closely with business leaders.

At BSS Sonata Microcredit, I oversee ELC and HR operations for South Karnataka across six clusters and 200+ employees in Secured Business Lending.

I lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding-to-exit processes, HRMS administration, payroll, and statutory compliance. I also serve as the primary HR SPOC during leadership absence, reporting regional metrics and talent strategy to senior leadership.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified Internal Auditor, I bring an audit-minded approach to HR processes. During my internship at Eshwarr Steel Tech, I audited three safety protocols, designed two HR interventions, and presented findings to senior HR leadership.
