At Metacare AI, I designed the foundation of a multi-tenant AI support platform and its modular UI architecture. I also developed a microservices platform for AI inference and real-time communication, with chat and agent updates returning in under 300ms.
I designed LLM automation pipelines using OpenAI and Anthropic, including hierarchical retrieval-augmented generation and fallback routing. I also built distributed data pipelines processing 10M to 50M daily events.
At Mint Financial Technologies, I helped deliver a digital banking platform supporting 2M+ monthly users and built transaction monitoring, onboarding, and mobile banking features. Earlier, at Neon Ventures, I developed APIs and ecommerce features for inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
