I am a customer-focused administrative professional with over two years of hands-on experience in front desk operations, sales support, and customer service. I consistently deliver timely, accurate order processing, complaint resolution, and data entry while maintaining professional discretion.

At my current role I manage high call volumes, coordinate deliveries and payments, and perform scheduling and record-keeping to keep operations running smoothly. Previously, I supported an audit department as the first point of contact, handling confidential documents and maintaining office inventory.

I bring strong communication, multitasking, and CRM competency, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic Power BI, and common virtual collaboration tools. I prioritize positive client relationships and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
