What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can resolve requests efficiently, maintain accurate records, collaborate across teams, and continue developing my CRM and service-management skills.

At Transcorp Hilton Abuja, I supported 50+ guests per shift through calls and email, resolving and following up on 30+ daily service requests. I used Opera and SynergyMMS to maintain accurate guest records, assign tasks, and coordinate timely follow-up across departments.

I also led planning and implementation for the 100 Prudent Women Project, maintaining work plans, schedules, and progress documentation for women’s mentorship and development activities.
