I’m looking to join a customer success team where I can use my technical depth to resolve issues fast, improve onboarding, and drive product adoption—while strengthening long-term customer loyalty through clear communication and proactive support.

I’m a Customer Success Associate and Technical Support Lead with a strong technical background, acting as the primary point of contact for global clients across hosting environments, backend configurations, and API issues. I focus on clear, actionable communication—translating complex problems into explanations non-technical users can act on quickly.

In my roles, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize bug fixes, improve onboarding and support workflows, and enhance service reliability. I also monitor infrastructure and client environments to catch potential issues early, and I automate routine monitoring and support tasks to increase deployment speed and incident response time.

Beyond support, I’ve been working as a Technical Project Lead / Customer-Facing Full-Stack Developer, managing client relationships from onboarding through delivery. I gather technical requirements, translate them into scalable website and database solutions, and provide post-launch guidance to help clients successfully use and maintain deployed systems.
