In my concierge work, I answer phones, direct calls, and handle day-to-day requests. I coordinate with staff to ensure residents receive the support they need, and I schedule transportation, appointments, and other essential services.

I’m dependable with the details that keep operations running: I manage mail and packages, handle visitor check-ins, and complete front desk responsibilities with accuracy. In urgent situations, I stay calm and follow safety and emergency procedures.

Before that, I built strong customer-service skills as a retail associate. I operated a cash register, processed purchases and returns, restocked and organized inventory, and supported a smooth store experience through teamwork and reliable opening/closing tasks.
