I have led training and escalation for Loss Draft, Freedom Mortgage, TMH and multiple quality projects, managed pre-process training and nesting for 25–120 FTEs, and helped grow a content moderation operation from ~50 to 350+ employees while transitioning 10+ subprocesses.
