At LuenThai Group, I grew C-end sales 300%+ through data-driven lead generation and conversion optimization. I also built the CRM and WeChat ecosystem from scratch, including a mini-program and official account.
I led livestream operations with the sales team, achieving RMB 9M+ GMV in a single 618 livestream. I also organized destination roadshows and industry expos that helped open new sales channels.
