I’m a mortgage processing professional focused on compliance, accuracy, and speed. At Achieve Loans, I operate in line with lending compliance guidelines, complete monthly employee BAI training, and review borrower documents for completeness before accurately inputting data into the LOS.

I’m trusted as a main point of contact for borrowers and third parties—collecting and reviewing Flood/Homeowners Insurance, mortgage statements, income documents, VOEs, and tax forms. I also track and review vendor documents (credit report, fraud report, Flood, appraisal, and Loss Payee) while maintaining an active pipeline of 80–100 loans to support timely closings.

I help files move forward by clearing tasks and conditions through status changes and working closely with the underwriter to prepare and submit accurate, detailed loan packages for approval or denial. I’ve also served as a Lead Team Mentor—supporting new hires, guiding training, and creating job aides to improve team onboarding and restructuring support when DTI/CLTV limitations require counter offers.
