I bring strong, customer-first hospitality experience as a Waitress/Server, starting in 2011 and continuing through multiple restaurant roles. I’m at my best when I can communicate clearly, handle requests quickly, and keep service running smoothly.

In my day-to-day work, I take orders from customers, answer questions about menu items, and support food sensitivities with food substitutions. I also give customers suggestions for food and drinks and help them feel confident by explaining special menu items.

I focus on satisfaction by communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints. I process customer payments and serve nonalcoholic beverages while delivering food and alcoholic beverages to customers, staying attentive to details that matter in a fast-paced dining environment.

Beyond service, I keep the dining area clean and comfortable by removing dirty dishes to avoid clutter and cleaning tables after customers have finished their meals. I also bring computer proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus typing at 50 wpm.
