Earlier in my career, I worked as a Salon Assistant / Customer Service Specialist, managing multiple appointments and supporting stylists with service prep and client communications. I handled scheduling conflicts and client concerns through strong problem solving and conflict management, while maintaining an organized, professional atmosphere that increased repeat business.
