Built Android Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and iOS SwiftUI clients with a NestJS/MongoDB backend for place discovery, booking, payments, chat, push notifications, and AI-assisted flows. Defined architecture and API maps, tightened authentication and validation, and added health checks, Docker delivery, Jenkins, and SonarQube.

Built a local-first developer workspace with Electron, React, TypeScript, Monaco, Express, SQLite, and xterm, integrating local Ollama models, semantic code search, and MCP tools. Designed approval-based command execution, repository inspection, testing, packaging, and operator documentation for safer AI-assisted workflows.

Coordinated a 17-student health-platform program through 300+ Jira tasks, shared contracts, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reviews, and demo readiness. Built and integrated Flutter, React, NestJS, and MongoDB surfaces with role-based workflows, real-time updates, AI-assisted recommendations, validation, and auditability.

Built a FastAPI worker pipeline with Whisper.cpp, Qwen/Ollama, and FFmpeg to transform long videos into captioned clips. Added JWT accounts, persistent job state, workspaces, personas, campaigns, scheduling and publishing, billing boundaries, health checks, Docker, and tests.

Built a local-first Arabic/French/English voice-learning PWA with Next.js 16 and FastAPI, turning lectures and meetings into transcripts, summaries, flashcards, mind maps, exam questions, and chat using Whisper and Ollama. Added offline behavior, exports, Docker, and Cypress flows.

Built a controlled security-assessment SaaS with Next.js, Fastify, Zod, JWT, Prisma/PostgreSQL, Redis, and BullMQ for authorized transport, header, cookie, CORS, exposure, rate-limit, stack-signal, and report checks. Bounded execution through scoped targets, validation, queues, and audit-friendly results.

Delivered a customer-used warehouse system, selling website, and companion mobile experience over six months, connecting inventory, commercial presentation, and daily operational workflows with maintainable handoff documentation.

Built a customer-used attendance and payroll workflow for 20 employees with RC522 RFID devices, Python, Flask, and SQLite. Automated daily and month-end WhatsApp summaries and extended the product direction toward QR attendance and stock operations.

Built an AI-assisted recruitment platform with React, Vite, TypeScript, Express, Mongoose/MongoDB, JWT, resume upload and parsing, and OpenAI feedback. Enforced protected ownership and upload limits while adding admin analytics, quotas, Playwright QA, and security documentation.
