What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale marketing, entrepreneurship, research, or social-impact programs where I can combine data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and end-to-end execution.

At NSRCEL, I lead outreach and marketing for the Women Startup Program, generating 4,649 founder applications in two months. I also designed cohort KPIs and milestones, supported an AI-powered startup assessment tool, and secured CSR recognitions from FICCI and CSRBOX.

I conceptualised and executed WOMENTUM, a women entrepreneurship event in Bengaluru attended by 800+ people, managing marketing, speakers, vendors, registrations, and logistics end-to-end. Previously at Leadtech Management Consulting, I prepared 50+ technical and financial proposals and led MSME training across 10 districts in Maharashtra.

My work combines market research, program execution, stakeholder management, and social-sector consulting. I’ve also supported food-tech expansion at Sprengal and conducted field and trade research across Northeast India, with particular interest in entrepreneurship, rural markets, agriculture, women-led businesses, and social impact.
