I'm looking for a customer support or operations role where I can solve customer concerns, use digital systems, support efficient team workflows, and continue growing in fashion marketing and management.

I've supported customers and store operations at Guess Inc., Forever 21, Windsor Fashions, and Rack Room Shoes, handling high-volume service, returns, account lookups, inventory, and digital POS systems.

As Assistant Manager at Forever 21, I ran daily operations as lead manager on duty, managed opening and closing routines, tracked cash, used company administrative software, and trained new staff on systems and customer service expectations.
