I’m a Product Owner / Business Analyst focused on gathering, clarifying, and documenting product requirements to deliver features that meet business priorities and regulatory needs. I work end-to-end—from mapping user and business needs into functional specifications to supporting validation before release.

At Baominh Securities, I helped launch BMSmart mobile trading and reached nearly 1,000 downloads within 3 months after go-live, with around 200 daily active user accounts. I manage and prioritize the product backlog, create wireframes and UI flows with designers and developers, and run data mapping, API testing, and functional validation to ensure accurate system integration.

I also lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating feedback and validating readiness before release. In parallel, I analyze business requirements for enhancements across the core securities system, web trading platform, and market data board, translating needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.

Previously, as a Business Analyst at New Ocean Information System, I wrote requirement specifications and technical documentation using MS Office, designed wireframes and UI/UX mockups with Balsamiq and Figma, and used Azure Devops to manage User Stories and backlog. I performed manual testing with QC support for customer UAT and contributed to developing systems including Warehouse Management, Billing, Smart Factory management, and an Audit application.
