I’m a results-driven Criminal Justice student with professional experience in operations management and fraud resolution. In my current Operations Vice President role, I oversee daily transportation operations—managing dispatchers and drivers, supporting fleet management, and strengthening operational readiness through compliance-focused routines, recruitment, and onboarding.
