I've spent more than 10 years at Greene County Skills, Inc. supporting individuals with diverse needs as a Supported Employment Associate and Supported Living Companion.

I developed individualized work plans that supported employment goals, daily living skills, and independence. I also provided direct support, taught life skills, maintained 24-hour logs and progress notes, and delivered timely shift reports to interdisciplinary teams.

I brought strong administrative and financial recordkeeping skills to the role, preparing quarterly financial statements for DIDD, monitoring accounting records and client paychecks, and completing data entry in the Timas Database, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
