I’m an Admin Associate focused on data edit and precision. I enter data into NCDOR systems using a personal computer, including alphanumeric data from images and hardcopy tax submissions, while maintaining speed with accuracy.

I bring office clerical experience, including quality and quantity standards, high concentration and attention to detail, and consistent execution of oral or written instructions. I 10 key 7,000 kph and type 40 wpm with 98% accuracy, and I’m comfortable learning and applying established guidelines quickly.

Beyond data work, I’ve supported customers in a fast-paced environment, helping manage memberships and engage guests while promoting our Unlimited Wash Club. I also have Human Resource Management experience—selection and recruitment, conducting interviews via Zoom, overseeing training and compliance, managing compensation and benefits, enforcing disciplinary actions, and advocating diversity, equity and inclusion.
