I’m a motivated after-hours coordinator currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University, with over three years of experience across aged care coordination, hospitality, and retail. I’m known for delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced environments and for taking ownership of responsibilities that directly impact safety and continuity of care.

At Calvary Home Care, I serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and staff during non-business hours, working both remotely and in the office. I triage and resolve urgent matters in real time, escalating issues to the right teams during business hours, and independently manage after-hours incidents to protect resident wellbeing and ensure seamless care.

Before this, I built strong service foundations in hospitality with AJ’s Pizzas, where I upheld food safety compliance and delivered accurate orders during peak periods. In retail at The Book Orchard, I managed POS transactions and end-of-day balancing, handled customer invoices in internal systems, and independently opened and closed the store—skills I bring to every shift with professionalism, accuracy, and reliability. I hold a Certificate III in Hospitality and maintain current compliance credentials, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
