I'm targeting recovery-focused leadership roles where I can apply portfolio oversight, client-facing coordination, technical planning, and multi-jurisdictional emergency management to strengthen disaster recovery and resilience outcomes.

I've led emergency preparedness, continuity, and recovery operations for New York City public-sector organizations, including the NYC Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities, Harlem Hospital Center, and NYC Office of Emergency Management. My work improved readiness by 48% across 30 agencies and five jurisdictions and contributed to more than 500 emergency response and continuity plans.

I bring hands-on experience coordinating EOC and ICS operations, disaster response, sheltering, healthcare logistics, ADA-compliant planning, and executive decision support.
