I’m an experienced safety, emergency management, and resilience leader with more than 20 years of experience protecting people, strengthening operations, and preparing organizations to respond effectively to high-consequence events.

My career has spanned healthcare, critical infrastructure, and the U.S. Air Force. At Providence Swedish Health System, I provide leadership for enterprise safety, employee health, emergency preparedness, and operational resilience, using performance metrics, risk analysis, and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions. At Seattle Children’s Hospital, I led emergency management and organizational resilience initiatives, developing emergency operations plans, preparedness strategies, executive exercises, and incident-response capabilities.

Previously, at Medxcel Facilities Management, I led regional safety initiatives across multiple healthcare facilities and strengthened Safety Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and standardized safety practices. During my Air Force career, I led emergency response, occupational safety, fire/EMS, and operational risk programs, responding to high-consequence incidents and conducting investigations and risk assessments that improved organizational readiness.

I’m particularly interested in remote leadership opportunities involving emergency management, enterprise resilience, business continuity, crisis management, EHS, safety, and risk. I enjoy building practical programs, developing strong teams, working with executives and operational leaders, and turning lessons from incidents and exercises into measurable improvements.
