I’m a public health and emergency preparedness professional with 12+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across healthcare systems, government agencies, and international settings. I specialize in translating federal doctrine into actionable programs, from initiation through closeout, with a focus on deliverables, reporting, and continuous improvement.

As Founder & Principal Consultant at Resilient Pathways Consulting, I manage full project lifecycles for client engagements and advise organizations on preparedness program design, continuity planning, and operational resilience. I develop and deliver training, exercises, and executive briefings using evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness and drive next-step adjustments.

Previously, I served as Director of Emergency Preparedness & Response at The Health Collaborative, where I led regional preparedness initiatives across 8 counties serving 2M+ residents and oversaw $800K+ in federal and state funding with an emphasis on grant compliance and audit readiness. Earlier, as a Public Health Response Coordinator & Program Manager, I directed COVID-19 operations, managed a 400+ person workforce, and configured data systems and workflows to support real-time decision-making in high-stakes environments.
