At Tyler Technology, I develop implementation plans for EP&L projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and responsibilities. I start projects with client and sales kick-off meetings.
I work with clients’ functional leaders to document management plans, then schedule resources and monitor progress against the project plan. I also communicate milestones and secure formal client acceptance.
As an Implementation Consultant – EP&L, I provided onsite and remote consultation to government and municipality clients using EP&L and point of sales software. I also supported configuration, training, and integrations with internal and external vendors.
Earlier at Tyler Technology, I supported MUNIS Tax with SQL database scripting fixes, client training, user groups, and implementation work. I created user documentation and tracked implementation actions and issues in JIRA.
