At Fairtrade Africa, I led the design and operation of results-based MEL systems for a multi-country gender and human rights project. I also strengthened project data quality processes, improving completeness and accuracy from 55% to 98%.
I coordinated monitoring, donor reporting and evaluations, and analyzed project data to support evidence-based decisions. I integrated gender-responsive, disability-inclusive, youth-sensitive, human rights, agriculture and environmental indicators into MEL frameworks and reporting.
At Borasoft Limited, I coordinated five donor-funded and government-funded projects valued at approximately USD 150 million across agriculture, natural resources and education. I also supported 15 clients with corporate planning and helped three organizations develop and implement ISO 9001:2015-aligned Quality Management Systems.
My experience includes quantitative and qualitative research, digital data collection and data analysis using tools such as KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, SPSS and Microsoft Excel. I hold a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics and am pursuing a Master of Arts in Economics at University of Nairobi.
