What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long-term remote Admin & Client Assistant position where I can use my client communication, service, administrative, and process-management skills.

At P3 MEDIA, I managed communication with prospective and existing clients, coordinated follow-ups, and kept client and prospect information organized throughout the sales and account-management process.

I used CRM and sales pipeline systems to track conversations and opportunities, researched businesses and decision-makers, and coordinated information between external contacts and internal team members. I also prepared and reviewed client-facing materials and helped improve repetitive workflows.
