I seek a contract governance or compliance leadership role where I can lead teams, automate processes, reduce regulatory risk, and manage vendor relationships in a collaborative organization.

I am a diligent governance and compliance leader with extensive experience in contract lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, and regulatory analysis. I supervise small teams and operate with autonomy to design processes that reduce risk and increase accessibility.

At Converge I led a team of 3–5 analysts, designed Power Automate workflows for vendor onboarding and COI notifications, and managed SharePoint archives—efforts that removed the need for additional headcount and saved the company over $20,000 annually. I ensured GDPR compliance for international vendors and prepared insurance audit documentation that avoided extra fees. I also facilitate cross-departmental risk reviews and draft standards and training materials.

Previously I stood up a disaster recovery program that secured millions in post-storm funding and administered federal and state grants as a regional planning director.
