Contracts and grants management specialist delivering FAR/Uniform Guidance compliant lifecycle administration with disciplined risk control.
What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Grants and Contracts Management professional managing the full lifecycle of government agreements—from pre-award solicitation through post-award monitoring and closeout. I administer complex, high-value contracts with compliance aligned to FAR and 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), combining risk assessment, corrective action implementation, and financial management with stakeholder collaboration across energy, transportation, and infrastructure environments.
In my current role as a Contract Management Specialist II (City of Austin), I develop and issue solicitation documents (RFPs/IFBs), evaluate proposals using cost/price analysis and compliance assessment, and execute post-award contract monitoring with audit-ready documentation. I also build organizational capacity through SOP development and training workshops, while serving as a primary point of contact providing policy interpretation and guidance with professional diplomacy—exactly the rigor I want to bring to federal grants and contracts management.
