I manage the full client lifecycle as an independent personal trainer and fitness consultant in Nairobi, from consultation and onboarding to tailored service delivery, progress tracking, retention, and referrals.

At Boveda / CrossFit Kwetu, I led individual and group coaching, supported client experience and operational improvements, and mentored other coaches while working closely with business owners.

I've also founded Noesis Activewear, where I manage sourcing, suppliers, pricing, inventory, logistics, sales, and customer relationships for performance apparel designed around African body shapes.
