At Aspire Software's Sadie AI, I own the full lifecycle of a voice-AI SaaS platform, from product features and AWS infrastructure to production-readiness security audits. I built the Terraform module that standardized the platform's architecture and supported 12+ production integrations.
I build observability into systems from day one, including a cross-integration SigNoz dashboard and an OpenTelemetry-to-SigNoz metrics and tracing pipeline. I also identified instrumentation gaps that recovered 13,261 unmarked-error spans.
I’ve built and owned HubSpot, Veloce, Libro, OpenTable, and iVvy integrations, including a standalone AWS Lambda-based HubSpot pipeline. My work reduced a POS integration’s API-error transfer rate by about 83%, while AI triage and prompt optimization saved $1,000 and 41 million tokens.
