At Viova, I led the technical rebranding of the platform and built group-based billing and yearly subscription plans with Stripe for enterprise clients. I also improved AI assistant latency with query optimization, caching, response streaming, and tightened security using input validation, rate limiting, and access control. On the product side, I owned full-stack delivery across a Next.js frontend and a FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL.
Before that, at Africell and Basma.com, I developed end-to-end features across React, React Native, Go, and Laravel—building a real-time chat platform, a content management system, and internal campaign tools for push notifications and engagement analytics. I also managed AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, CloudFront, IAM), set up Kafka-based event streaming, and used Redis for caching and pub/sub while implementing payment flows with Stripe.
