What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own CRM automation, improve workflows end to end, and support users with clear documentation and training—while partnering cross-functionally to boost efficiency and service quality.

I specialize in IT support, automation, and CRM workflow optimization—especially through Bitrix24. I set up and streamline task, project, and workflow management, then tailor training and documentation so teams can actually adopt the system and work faster.

Across remote roles and international support, I’ve managed and maintained operational systems while integrating third-party tools into CRM to improve functionality and productivity. I also optimize internal processes by automating CRM pipelines, standardizing customer service workflows, and improving data integrity through system audits.

Beyond implementation, I provide hands-on technical support for end users and clients across Asia Pacific and global markets.
