What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can support schools and systems in enhancing teacher practice and scaling high-quality instructional programs and materials so every student thrives.

I’ve led instructional improvement at Infinity Charter School as Director/CEO, focusing on ELA and literacy growth. I guided schoolwide adoption of high-quality instructional practices, materials, and coaching systems.

I design and facilitate ongoing professional learning grounded in equity and research-based practice, then support it with an evaluation system using the Danielson Framework. I’ve also used data-driven decision-making to drive measurable growth in student learning outcomes.

Before that, I served as Assistant Principal at Infinity Charter School, supporting curriculum, training, and team leadership to strengthen teacher practice and learning outcomes. Earlier, I coached K–12 teachers in lesson planning, ELA instruction, and data-informed teaching strategies through roles including Peer Assistance and Review / Teacher and Administrative TOA.

At Western Governors University, I worked as a Faculty-Program Mentor, delivering virtual training and coaching on literacy instruction, student-centered pedagogy, and inclusive, equitable learning outcomes. Across settings, I keep returning to collaboration, coaching, and tools that help educators implement high-quality instruction at scale.
