What I'm looking for
I’m a finance administrator and deputy finance lead with hands-on experience in fast-paced, international environments. I’ve supported end-to-end finance operations across accounts payable and accounts receivable, and I’m known for staying structured while adapting quickly to new settings.
In my most prominent role, I handled annual planning for auditors, administrative support for finance leads and the Head of Central Services, and acted as a contact person for budget questions. I also worked on preparation of quarterly financial statements and VAT settlements, while contributing to the development team for financial processes in ABACUS.
Alongside finance, I bring strong people orientation from hospitality and customer service. I’ve worked in reception and front desk roles, managing check-in/check-out, serving international guests, and supporting daily operations—where clear communication and quick comprehension directly impact customer experience.
Right now, I’m especially interested in remote, people-oriented work where flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving are valued. With a practical, customer-and-detail mindset, I aim to support teams with reliable reporting, accurate administration, and thoughtful service—wherever I’m needed.
