What I'm looking for
I’m a hotel receptionist and guest service professional who stays calm under pressure and keeps service consistent from check-in to check-out. At Zurich Hotel, I managed reception and the cafe at the same time, helping multiple guests quickly while continuing to grow my skills.
I take ownership of guest experience—answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries via phone, email, or booking.com. I’m also responsible for guest-oriented set-ups for occasions, guest engagement in the lobby, and smooth front-office support during busy periods.
From St Regis Dubai, I gained experience assisting the front office manager, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting a pre-opening team with adjusted programs for upcoming hotel operations. I also handled financial transaction work, including cash and bank transactions, while maintaining clear communication among departments.
Technically, I’ve worked with hospitality systems such as Micros (Opera cashier and supervisor level) and follow strong operational routines like FIFO and inventory/stock control. With English C1, German B2.1, and Russian native, I’m confident communicating clearly, organizing efficiently, and collaborating with teams to deliver great service.
