What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior HR role where I can lead strategic workforce planning, implement HRIS optimization, drive culture and retention initiatives, and partner with executives to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

I am a strategic Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience aligning HR strategy to business objectives to build high-performance cultures and support sustainable growth. I lead cross-functional teams, implement and optimize HRIS, and use data-driven insights to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and development.

As a member of the executive leadership team, I drive workforce planning, talent management, legal compliance, and employee engagement across a remote/dispersed workforce. I champion change management, resolve complex employee relations issues, and evaluate HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved employee experience.

My accomplishments include spearheading HRIS integration to streamline onboarding and improve data accuracy, reducing turnover by 10–15% in one year through targeted engagement and scheduling redesigns, and overhauling workers' compensation to reduce claim duration and premiums. I hold an MBA and multiple HR certifications (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP).
