I’m a Product Support Specialist with over 6+ years of experience in quality analysis of content moderation and customer satisfaction, focused on resolving customer issues through chat, emails, and calls for both domestic and international clients. I’m especially strong in US tax products like Gosystems, Onesource income tax, and Ultratax (1120, 1065, 1040, 1041 tax types), where I troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through clear resolutions.

I also bring deep experience in content moderation and Trust and Safety work, including filtering data and content per client guidelines and policies, identifying harmful aspects, and supporting Risk and Fraudulent functional study.
