What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can own enterprise tax-product implementations and upgrades, partner closely with product teams, troubleshoot issues, and grow through client-facing responsibility, training, and stakeholder management.

I’m a Customer Success professional and Subject Matter Expert for DW8, a U.S. tax-reporting product used by major financial institutions. Over 3 years at S&P Global, I’ve owned end-to-end implementations, migrations, and upgrades, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful client adoption.

I’m recognized twice with Voice of Customer awards, and I bring strengths in technical troubleshooting, client advocacy, and stakeholder management. I’ve led complex upgrade conversations, managed critical queries during POC absence, identified product defects, and stepped into a trainer role to share case learnings and improve onboarding and service consistency.
