What I'm looking for
I am a food safety and product development specialist with hands-on experience in product formulation, quality assurance, and quality control. I apply scientific methods to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance while driving product innovation.
I have led formulation and packaging content work for herbal products and managed SKU, supply chain, and market analysis to support commercial launches. I prepare technical documents—MSDS, COA, TDS—and oversee internal quality procedures to maintain consistent production standards.
My laboratory background includes food and water quality analysis, mycotoxin detection, GCMS and basic HPLC testing, PCR and sequencing, ELISA, and microbial testing. I have conducted research on plant-derived antidiabetic activity and fungal secondary metabolites, and I translate lab findings into practical quality controls.
I am ISO-trained in internal auditing for QMS and food safety (ISO 9001:2016 and ISO 22000:2018/HACCP) and am eager to work in food security, MAPs, product development, and supply chain roles. I seek opportunities where I can grow technically, contribute to safer food systems, and take on challenging responsibilities.
