In my current role at Biogain Remedies Pvt. Ltd., I lead quality control operations aligned with WHO GMP guidelines and DDA Nepal requirements. I approve incoming materials through specification checks and measurement tests, and I maintain inspection logs to ensure traceability and accountability.

I also develop and manage databases for statistical tracking, improving the efficiency of quality control processes. I train and mentor new and existing employees on internal control processes, investigative case types, and quality assurance protocols, strengthening team performance across daily operations.

Previously, as a Quality Control Officer at Nova Genetica Pvt. Ltd., I conducted analysis of in-process products and approved packaging materials and raw materials by verifying specifications. I operate and maintain advanced analytical instruments (including HPLC, UV Spectroscopy, and FTIR) and collaborate to resolve quality-related issues—resulting in faster, accurate quality control procedures and stronger overall product quality.
