Aakankshya Poudel

I am a dedicated and passionate food technology student, currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree at National College of Food Science and Technology. With a strong academic background and hands-on experience in quality assurance and control, I have developed a keen understanding of food safety and product development. My recent internship at Laxmi Group Sujal Dairy Private Limited allowed me to conduct comprehensive testing and monitoring of production procedures, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

In addition to my technical skills, I have completed various training programs, including an internal auditor training on Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2018. I thrive in collaborative environments and have demonstrated my leadership abilities through projects such as winning a Hackathon on Agriculture and Functional Food. My interests in food science research and teaching further fuel my ambition to contribute positively to the food industry.
