What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer-facing role where I can use deep aviation operational expertise to create real customer value through onboarding, adoption, retention, technical resolution, and trusted enterprise relationships.

I've owned the full customer lifecycle for 250+ business aviation operators at Collins Aerospace, connecting account health, technical resolution, and platform adoption to retention readiness.

Previously at SITA, I managed global airline relationships for Horizon Weight & Balance compliance systems used daily by dispatchers and load planners. I led training, coordinated engineering, data, and operations teams, and completed a three-week review of 1,000+ Aircraft Handling Manuals across 100+ airline customers with zero safety incidents.

I bring hands-on aviation operations experience spanning cargo account coordination, contract management, gateway operations, ramp operations, and dangerous goods compliance. I'm ready to apply that operational perspective in a customer-facing aviation technology role.
