I’m looking to lead paid social and performance marketing that values measurement, benchmarking, and rapid optimization. I want to grow portfolios through creative testing, channel strategy, and strong multi-channel execution with high-impact teams.

I’m a Chi Paid Social & Performance Marketing Lead focused on scaling performance across multi-channel paid social. Since Dec 2022, I’ve directed a team of 3 specialists and scaled a Fortune 500 CPG portfolio from $16.6M to $22.7M (+36%) through performance analysis, channel diversification, and strategic budget reallocation.

I build systems that make optimization faster and more reliable. I architected a cross-platform benchmarking framework adopted agency-wide in Datorama—cutting client reporting turnaround to under a week and creating a single source of truth for in-flight budget optimizations—while also accelerating influencer paid amplification from $2.5M to $6.9M (2023 to 2025).

Earlier, as a Sr. Digital Media Specialist, I owned paid social execution and budget pacing for a $15.6M portfolio and spearheaded a $3.2M Super Bowl LVI activation. Before that, as an Account Manager at Talent Basket, I led cross-regional paid and organic social for brands including Spotify, Airbnb, IHOP, and the Guam Visitors Bureau—generating $17M+ in media value for tourism campaigns and driving measurable growth such as a 20% increase in Spotify Taiwan following within one quarter.
