What I'm looking for

I am seeking remote customer-service or operations roles where I can apply my communication, organization, and technical-support experience while growing in responsibility and skills.

I am a Food Engineering student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte with hands-on experience in technical support and laboratory research. I have developed strong customer service, administrative support, and teamwork skills while managing tasks under pressure and communicating in advanced English.

I have supported academic and administrative staff with technical demands and contributed to a laboratory research project, strengthening my reporting, organization, and problem-solving abilities. I am seeking remote customer service opportunities to grow professionally and apply my organization and communication strengths.
