At Pandora Marketing and Ideal Financial Services, I build the legal and business operations systems that keep complex work moving. I created the company’s legal invoice, payment, billable-hour tracking, document control, retention, and data-management platforms—systems that remain in use years after launch.
I directly case-managed federal litigation across multiple states, coordinated discovery with outside counsel and internal teams, and served as point person for two corporate bankruptcy filings. I also design GDPR/CCPA-aligned privacy practices, AI-use policy, compliance workflows, dashboards, and vendor governance processes that give leadership clearer visibility and decisions.
As co-founder and managing director of SCiMon, I built procurement, vendor qualification, contracting, financial management, and governance processes for a remote AI startup from the ground up. I use Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude in daily legal research, document analysis, and process design, and bring a cross-border operations background spanning the U.S. and APAC.
